brussel sprout mania

I've got brussel sprout mania!
bacon (cook until fat is rendered), thyme and onions (cooked in the delicious bacon fat until soft and fragrant), sprouts (parboil in salted water, drain and toss with onions and add bacon back in), and lots of love.
So delish.
warmed up for lunch the next is even better.
1/2 of the kids agree and embrace the mania...the other 1/2 prefer roasted cauliflower.
I say bring on the veggies.
