Last week was class #6 of my first-ever kids craft class.
Also the final class of the session.
Not an overly original craft but a fun one.
Painting terra cotta pots.
I opted for a larger size than your average birthday party gift favor pot.
I wanted the kids to have plenty of space to create, paint, modge podge and so on.
Word art, background color, repeating patterns were encouraged.
Outlining with a sharpie after the paint dried was a big hit.
After the final coat of paint and outline, we sealed the whole pot with modge podge.
Another successful craft project.
Colorful terra cotta pots which can be used as catch-alls or for potted plants.
